An Irish team building company Orangeworks will be bringing their corporate event programs to the UK in a £3m (€3.36m) deal with Catalyst Global.

The new deal is expected to see the outdoor adventure creators triple its workforce by the end of next year.

Orangeworks, formerly known as Xtreme.ie and teambuilding.ie, has just completed a full rebrand of their suite of team building offerings.

Headquartered in Dublin with locations across Ireland, Orangeworks currently employs 14 people.

Last year, the firm delivered over 500 events for internationally renowned organisations, including Google, Jaguar, and Deloitte.

Orangeworks held the exclusive license for Catalyst Global in Ireland since 2011, but this has now been extended to the UK.

"We’ve worked tirelessly over the last 18 months to develop a brand that encompasses all our existing xtreme.ie and teambuilding.ie offerings and brings to the forefront our USP for creating exceptional experiences for clients," David Bassett, Managing Director of Orangeworks, said.

"In addition to this, we are excited to be expanding to the UK with our Catalyst Global partnership. The Business Tourism and events industry in the UK is valued at over £40bn, which we understand is forecast to grow."

Established over 25 years ago, Catalyst Global is the largest teambuilding network in the world with representatives in over 40 countries worldwide.
