'It's a miracle he didn't hit someone' - Driver caught on camera pulling a handbrake turn on busy Dublin street
Jason Kennedy ·
A driver was caught on camera driving on the footpath after performing a handbrake turn on a busy Dublin street.
The video, which was sent to us by a reader, shows the driver performing the moves on Railway Street, a short drive away from O'Connell street.
The witness said he was not the only one shocked by what happened.
"I could hear screeching tyres and I could see people looking down the street up ahead," he told Independent.ie
"There was a car speeding down the street and then performing handbrake turns.
"The car mounted the footpath on numerous occasions too. It's a miracle he didn't hit something or someone."
A Garda Spokesperson said the incident has not yet been reported to them, but they encouraged anyone who has witnessed dangerous driving to report it to their local garda station or to call the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111
